LaVar Ball Lamello Ball

LaVar Ball has found his true home, and while it was in the Staples Center, it was even more intimate than that: inside a WWE ring.
The outspoken patriarch of the Ball family and founder of the Big Baller Brand, LaVar made his debut on WWE's Monday Night Raw in Los Angeles, the perfect platform for his boisterous personality. The older Ball received a mixed reaction, but Lonzo was understandably cheered by Lakers fans in attendance when he was announced.
LaVar, along with his sons, Lonzo and LaMelo, joined The Miz on his MizTV segment, which was predictably erratic and entertaining. The Balls were meant to be on as guests of The Miz, who discussed a partnership with BBB, leading them to quickly get into it with one another. LaVar even climbed onto the ropes at one point before getting face to face with the WWE's seven-time and current intercontinental champion.
Things looked to be building to a fracas, particularly after both men ripped their shirts off, but Dean Ambrose soon appeared on the ramp in a Big Baller Brand T-shirt and claimed that he was the one working with BBB.
It was an interesting couple of minutes and hopefully just the beginning of LaVar's WWE caree

LaVar Ball continues to play the heel in appearance on WWE’s ‘Monday Night Raw’

The Ball Family hype train made its Staples Center debut Monday night, but not for Lonzo Ball’s new NBA team. Instead, LaVar Ball and sons Lonzo, the newest Los Angeles Laker, and LaMelo showed up for WWE’s Monday Night Raw.
LaVar Ball was the main attraction and predictably, viewers had fun with his shenanigans, especially his ring entrance, which made Dirk Nowitzki look like a professional sprinter.
Appearing on Raw’s “Miz TV” segment, WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz offered LaVar the opportunity to be Big Baller Brand business partners, which the family patriarch immediately shot down.
When Ball told The Miz he wasn’t even on the level of his son, the second overall pick in last Thursday’s NBA draft, words were exchanged.
The Miz called out LaVar for saying he could beat Michael Jordan one-on-one, to which LaVar replied: “I’ve said it before, it’s only two dudes better than me and I’m both of ’em!”
The feud escalated to the point where both men took off their shirts before Dean Ambrose broke up the party in a show of support for the Big Baller Brand.
Say what you want about LaVar and his tactics, but getting the Big Baller Brand out there on a highly watched weekly television show feels like perfect marketing.

LaVar Ball is literally a personality made for WWE television, and rumors have been running as wild as Hulkamania about him appearing on Monday Night Raw on Monday night, which happens to be in his son’s new home, the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
No one knows why he’d show up on television, or what he’d be doing, but at least now we have our first official “LaVar sighting” a couple hours before the show goes live.
In a tweet from WWE superstar Titus O’Neil, we got our first look at LaVar, rocking his Big Baller Brand gear, backstage at the Staples Center. Ironically, he’s actually bigger than O’Neil, so maybe he has the look Vince McMahon would want out of a WWE champion.
The move makes sense given the current timing in the NBA offseason, as LaVar’s son Lonzo just got drafted to the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night. According to a report from Ryan Satin, Lonzo could also make an appearance on the show tonight, and the media circus could be in full force to get RAW some better ratings.
According to a tweet from ESPN’s Arash Markazi, Ball will be on the show with O’Neil in some capacity, but who knows if he’ll be out in the ring or backstage, or even getting physical in the ring.
Maybe LaVar’s looking to recruit some backup for the Big Baller Brand in case Roman Reigns comes down and tries to attack him to get on the crowd’s good graces for once. Or maybe, just maybe, we’re all going nuts from the idea of LaVar Ball in a WWE ring, and actually think this isn’t going to be a train wreck.
